As many people know Fatal Impact Paintball will be hosting a number of speedball tournaments in the 2007 season. In preparation, we're looking for information on what players want in a tournament regarding fees and prizes.
Low fees:
Usually around $10.00 per player entry (inc. air)
$50.00 per case of paint
Medium fees:
Usually around $15.00 per player entry (inc. air)
$60.00 per case of paint
High fees:
Around $20+ per player entry (inc. air)
$65.00 per case of paint _________________

if it's a beginner tourney, they typically are the lower fees, the rookies are the middle, and then the novice or open for the higher fees..
what we found that worked in the nyps is higher entry fees, but lower paint prices work best....tournaments now a days shouldn't sell their lower end of paint (ie. x-ball bronze) for anything more than 50/55....and then $5 more per grade going up.
hth.

| I found in our 3 man events that 35 per team is very welcomed and 45 bucks a case for bronze works great. Unfortunately with the recent climb in paint prices the 45 is now 50. |

| Ive also found that a higher entance fee brings better reffing and staffing as you will be able to afford to higher extra help. Believe me... Its well worth charging a higher entrance fee. |

In our local area - CLinton, Franklin, Essex Cnty. Mid-range is better.
You cannot charge what larger Facilities charge until you start getting the vendors and sponsors. _________________ Jeffrey "Hammerhead" Recor

Very nice comebacks both of you, but setup a meeting and hit each other with something, please don't argue this garbage on my message board. Thank you! _________________
