| If this filly has socks I am pretty sure it is Piglet, the famous one who will go anywhere for grain. She has a fan club among our volunteers and she was in the furthest left pen, front row, with the 36 year old mare Lexie. Piglet would make a GREAT project as she is very food motivated and that helps with training! |

#3757 is safe and sound at Lifesavers in CA. Thanks to Jill for the following picture. We'll pick her up there Tuesday morning for the last leg of her journey!

LOL, I know... I'm dying to pull off handfuls of that hair! (We'll see what SHE thinks about that idea in a few days...) |

Yes that is her...the famous Piglette
PLease be careful loading her, she's the one who fell down twice while loading on the ranch, mostly due to lack of energy.

Seems like we'll almost have to! Especially since we've been jokingly referring to her as "Princess Piglet Ponypants" for the past few days... (Shhh, Don't tell her. She probably won't think it's very dignified

Hey! "Piglette" - great spelling
Thanks for the heads-up about loading, I will be sure to tell Jill / her staff when we get there. |

She did fine when we put her by herself into a two horse trailer. THe guys picked up her back end and she stepped right in.
She was very sweet when we had her in the sorting pens on the ranch, just didn't want to leave that horrible place

| I am guessing she is much stronger after a few weeks of feed, so hauling probably isn't as problematic now...she was just SO weak when we evacuated them. I would guess she was very close to being one of the next casualties. It's so exciting to see her going to someone who will keep us updated on her life and progress! |

We made it home from Lifesavers today - thanks so much to Jill for letting Piglet hitchhike with her group (and also for practically lifting her into the trailer!).
Here are a few pictures:

| she seems really sweet, no reservations about being touched on the nose, she doesn't seem concerned at all. She had caught my eye, but she looks like she's where she belongs. |

Anyone else notice that even though very young, she looks like she could be in foal? I'd watch her very closely! Before you tell me she's to young...waych Ginger Kathren's video on Cloud...there is a very young mare that gets impregnated.
Piglet looks like a total sweetheart!! I hope you have many wonderful and happy years with her! Congratulations on your newest family member! _________________ Keep the Spirit Alive, Save a Mustang!
